As graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Felicia specializes in the sale of new and existing homes in the Waxhaw, South Charlotte, South Park, North Charlotte, Steele Creek, Fort Mill, Clover, Indian Land, Rock Hill and Tega Cay areas. Prior to real estate Felicia worked in telecommunications for 7 years, financial services industry for 4 years and human resources/payroll for 4 years.
